• We are not many; can I book only one or two rooms?

    No, Villa Butterfly is available only for privatization. We are not a hotel and we do not accept room bookings.

  • How many people can sleep at the villa?

    The villa is designed to accommodate families, couples, or groups of friends of up to 12 people.
    There are 4 suites, each with an en-suite bathroom, with the possibility of adding up to 4 extra beds.

  • Do you accept children?

    Yes, children of all ages are welcome. However, please note that our pool is not fenced, so you must supervise the children in your group at all times. A babysitting service can be arranged upon request.

  • Can I have guests during my stay?

    Yes, you can have guests during your stay during the day or to share a meal with you, while respecting the current Moroccan laws.

  • What are the house rules?

    Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, subject to availability. If an early arrival or late departure has not been agreed upon at the time of booking, they cannot be guaranteed.

     

    Upon arrival, guests must present their passports and sign a document regarding the house rules.

     

    Product placement or branding, as well as taking photos or filming for advertising or commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited on the property without prior agreement from the owner.

     

    Guests use the facilities entirely at their own risk. The pool is not fenced. Guests must supervise children and those in their group who do not know how to swim at all times.

     

    The villa is rented with staff, including a villa manager, a caretaker, a cook, and two housekeepers. For your meals, you can do your shopping, or we can arrange it with a delivery service, and the cook will prepare all the meals.

     

    Our villa manager responds to requests before arrival, plans transfers, meals, and activities, helps organize local excursions, and accompanies our guests throughout their stay.

     

    We can call on carefully selected third-party service providers for certain on-site services such as hammam, massages, or a personal trainer, but guests cannot grant access to the property to other service providers during their stay without prior authorization from our villa manager.

     

    The property and all furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other content must be treated with care. Guests are solely responsible for any damages incurred during their occupancy of the villa caused by themselves or their visitors. A security deposit of 30,000 MAD will be required upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

     

    There is a safe in the Paris Paname suite, and we invite our guests to place their valuables there. We are not responsible or liable to our guests for any damage or loss of their personal belongings on the property at any time."
